Annual Required Minimum Distributions (RMD)

For those that have met the age where a minimum withdrawal from your Individual Retirement Account is required by the IRS, remember the Library Foundation. You can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA directly to the TPL Foundation.  Meeting the IRS requirement by giving to one of your most treasured community assets, the Library, offers tax benefits. All or part of your annual RMD can be donated up to an IRS specified maximum amount.  Simply provide the following information to your IRA provider and make the distribution.
